JAKOB KAMIL GUZIAK is the inspiration behind this magical children's book. He is an ADA SCID toddler, also known as a “Bubble Boy.” Jakob was born in August 2019 with no immune system to fight infections or colds. Every day he must fight to survive his condition and medical expectations. He loves to dance and watch the birds, and through his story, Jakob hopes to raise awareness about ADA SCID; gene therapy; blood, plasma, and stem cell donation.
